The logo is a caduceus, an ancient Greek symbol for medicine. The medical emblem is a winged wand composed of a double-snake motif. It was believed to cure a wounded person just by touch. The snake is connected with pharmacology because there is a historical belief that snakes possess an antivenom against their poison. The logo is cleverly created to represent the initials for the name of the website, The Black Apollo (TBA). The wand is shaped like a T, and the letters B and A are hidden behind the snakes' tails. The heart is an additional feature to represent the act of love. I hope this wand will provide its mystical powers to cure the damage from racial health disparities.
